Woohoo! I finally had my first baby girl in my Caversham studio today and I was SO looking forward to this session! I had a blast putting together the different setups, catering to Mum's love of all things teal blue and green. Did I mention Dad booked this session as a surprise birthday present for her?! Every mother wants beautiful photos of her baby that she can cherish forever. I repeat: EVERY. Mother. (Gift vouchers are available!)

Matilda was probably the cutest thing I have ever seen (no offense to my son Ryan…lol). She smiled at me as soon as she came in and I was in love! Matilda is nearly 6 months old, and hands-down wins the award for chubbiest cheeks - I have been dethroned! And her smile just lit up my studio. <3 I asked Mum and Dad how they get anything done with such a cute baby to stare at all day long, and they reassured me that she does cry, she doesn't sleep all the time, etc. etc. - but I don't think I believe them ;P She was very happy throughout the session and loved all of the different setups, textures, and outfits - I mean, what girl doesn't love dressing up?! And of course, she liked the pearl necklaces...I think she enjoyed chewing on them more than wearing them though ;)
