The brief for this Mandurah family photoshoot was quite simple: focus on eyes and faces, rather than lots of pulled-back shots. Mum said her girls have beautiful blue eyes and she wanted a few photos to showcase them. (She failed to mention that her and hubby ALSO have mesmerising blue eyes!!) Anyways, I always try to follow my clients’ requests :) When I arrived at the park, I almost couldn’t believe MY eyes when I saw THEIR eyes! They looked like the clearest ocean water - absolutely stunning!

We did lots of fun things to keep the girls engaged, like airplanes, piggy back races, ring around the rosie, and the crowd-favourite: bubbles! We may have gone a bit overtime, but I blame Mum...lol She told me that they no longer needed to leave at a certain time...she shouldn’t have told me that because I just kept shooting away! I LOVE taking photos and I lose track of time when I’m doing what I love! Doesn’t that happen to everyone? ;P

Please don’t let your kids be the reason you skip getting professional photos done...they should be the reason you ARE getting photos done! I promise, I can handle them. Get in there with them, mamas. You owe it to them and to yourselves <3
