5.5 week old Charlie came into my Caversham studio happily asleep in his capsule. Mum requested light blues to cater for his complexion and eye colour, so I happily obliged. We started him on the beanbag and he gave me some sweet sleep smiles. Next up, baby in a basket followed by some gorgeous shots with his mama.

Mum really wanted to get some photos of Charlie while he was awake, but Charlie had other plans. He may have been the sleepiest baby I've ever met! We were calling his name and tickling his face to get him to wake up...I know, I know, you NEVER wake a sleeping baby! Usually we are trying to get baby to sleep for the photos, not the other way around! But it worked, he finally woke up on the beanbag and was giving me some great eye contact - WOOHOO!
